Skip the Exercise

I do not know about you but I really hate to exercise on a regular basis. This does not mean I'm anti-exercise, it essentially means that I think the effort that is looking to get really physically fit is usually very inconvenient at best. I work a lot to be able to support my family and make the effort to exercise regularly is not always something that I am capable of doing. Agree with him or not, I am currently in the best shape of my life and it has nothing to do with the exercise at all.
